Introduction

Dr. Parin Patel specialises in head & neck cancer surgeries. He is trained in performing oral cancer surgeries, thyroid, parathyroid and salivary glands surgeries, with the aim of achieving a good quality of life for patients after surgery. He is a fellowship holder from the Rajkot Cancer Society Hospital in Head & Neck Oncology.

Dr. Patel has completed his fellowship in skull base surgery from Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai. He has collaborated with various international cancer centers like MSKCC New York, and UPMC Pittsburgh to enhance his skills in Head and Neck Oncology.

Area of Expertise

Dr. Parin Patel’s expertise lies in performing head & neck cancer surgeries for oral cancer (tongue, lower jaw, upper jaw, cheek, and tonsils), thyroid, parathyroid and salivary glands with an aim of achieving good quality of life for patients after surgery.
His special interest is in skull base surgery, especially Endoscopic and Compartmental Infratemporal Fossa surgery.
Apart from this, Dr. Parin has performed various laryngeal surgeries for voice box cancers with good voice restoration after the removal of the voice box.
