Dr. Santosh’s primary areas of interest include head and neck oncology, bone and soft tissue tumours, robotic surgery and pain & palliative care.
He has a special interest in microvascular surgeries for breast and head and neck cancers.
Training and Certifications
Dr. Santosh has served as a fellow in the department of surgical oncology at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mazgaon, Mumbai.
He has completed his observership in surgical oncology at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, USA.
Dr. Santosh has served as the secretary of Hubballi Oncology Group.
He was the organising secretary of two state-level conferences in 2016 & 2019.
He has attended several health & awareness camps.
He has attended various CMEs on oncology.
Dr. Santosh is a life member of several reputed medical and oncological associations, such as IMA, ASI, ISO, IMSOS and AMASI.
He has served as programme director, co-ordinator and co-guide for various fellowship programmes for head and neck surgical oncology and ayurvedic oncology.
