Dr Tushar Pawar has a decade of experience in the surgical management of multiple cancers, such as gastrointestinal cancers, thoracic cancers, gynaecological cancers, urological cancers, breast cancer, soft tissue cancers and head and neck cancers.
He is well-versed in multivisceral resections and minimally invasive approaches.
His primary interest lies in GI oncology and minimally-invasive GI oncosurgery, and his secondary interest lies in abdominopelvic malignancies and breast cancers.
Training and Certifications
He has completed his advanced fellowship training in minimally invasive surgery (laparoscopic and robotic), cytoreductive surgery (CRS) and Heated Intraperitoneal Chemotherapy (HIPEC) for gastrointestinal cancers.
Dr Tushar is a member of various national and international, surgical oncology and medical associations.
His research articles have been published in indexed national and international medical journals.
