He has a special interest in microvascular surgeries for breast and head and neck cancers.

Dr. Santosh is a life member of several reputed medical and oncological associations, such as IMA, ASI, ISO, IMSOS and AMASI.
He has served as programme director, co-ordinator and co-guide for various fellowship programmes for head and neck surgical oncology and ayurvedic oncology.
Dr. Santosh has served as a fellow in the department of surgical oncology at Prince Aly Khan Hospital, Mazgaon, Mumbai.
He has completed his observership in surgical oncology at the University Of Nebraska Medical Center, Omaha, USA.
