  • Dr. Murali is serving as the director of HCG Day Care Chemotherapy Centres (Bangalore) and a senior medical oncologist at HCG Cancer Centre, Bangalore.

  • With over two decades of experience, he specializes in managing solid tumours and haematological malignancies with the help of systemic therapies, namely chemotherapy, targeted therapy, and immunotherapy.

  • Along with systemic therapies, Dr. Murali is also experienced in performing bone marrow aspirations, ascetic and pleural tapping, intrathecal and intraperitoneal chemotherapies, etc.

Medical Breakthrough

  • Dr. Murali is the pioneer and has been instrumental in setting up the first dedicated Day Care Chemo Infusion Centres in Bangalore – Karnataka.

  • Upon completion of his DM in Medical College, he joined the faculty at the prestigious M. S. Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals and went on to serve as a professor in the Department of Medical Oncology. 

  • Dr. Murali was actively involved in training undergraduate and postgraduate students. Further, he has been a co-guide for postgraduate students in pathology and radiotherapy.

  • Dr. Murali received the coveted GCRI Award for Outstanding Academic Achievements in 2005.

  • His extensive research has resulted in numerous publications in leading national and international journals.
