Introduction

Dr. Vijay Palwe is a radiation oncologist with 16 years of experience in managing malignant and benign tumours, as well as oncological emergencies. He is well trained in multiple radiotherapy techniques. He has also completed a training program in Tomotherapy at Clinica Luganese in Lugano, Switzerland in June 2017. Dr. Vijay's approach to treatment is one of a compassionate and patient-centered approach, with the aim to deliver the best possible outcome for each individual patient.

Dr. Vijay’s expertise lies in the management of all types of malignant and benign tumours and oncological emergencies.
He is well trained in conventional, 3DCRT, IMRT and IGRT based treatments, with a special interest in head and neck cancers, breast cancers and gynaecological cancers, brachytherapy (head & neck, breast, soft tissue sarcoma, cervix, vault), 3DCRT, IMRT, IGRT and palliative Care.
He is also an expert in delivering intraluminal RT for esophagus cancer.
