Dr. Arijit Bishnu

Dr. Arijit Bisnu is a highly skilled and experienced hematologist with extensive expertise in the treatment and management of hematological disorders. His academic credentials include an MBBS, an MD in Pathology, and a DM in Clinical Hematology. His clinical practice focuses on hemato-oncology, bone marrow disorders, and stem cell transplant-related care.

Over the past 15 years, he has adopted a personalized approach to treatment, tailoring interventions to meet the individual needs of each patient. This approach, coupled with a standard multidisciplinary method, significantly improves the treatment experience and clinical outcomes for his patients.

Before HCG, he was associated with Anandaloke Multispecialty Hospital (Siliguri) and Saroj Gupta Cancer Centre & Research Institute (Kolkata). Dr. Bishnu has also contributed to academic medicine through teaching roles, including serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Hematology at SGPGI, Lucknow, and earlier in the Department of Pathology at Manipal Academy of Higher Education. His clinical and academic experience reflects a strong foundation in diagnostic hematology, hemato-oncology, and translational cancer research.
