Dr. Naziba Karim Khondekar is an accomplished Radiation Oncologist with a vast experience in comprehensive and multi-disciplinary cancer management. She completed her MBBS from the prestigious Medical College & Hospital, Kolkata, before pursuing her specialization and training in Oncology with M.D. in Radiotherapy from the renowned Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, one of India's leading oncology institutes.
Dr. Khondekar has trained and worked at some of India's premier cancer centers, serving as a Senior Resident and Research Fellow at the Tata Memorial Centre, Mumbai, and subsequently as a Consultant Radiation Oncologist at Medanta Cancer Institute, Gurugram and Apollo Multispeciality Hospitals, Kolkata. She currently serves as a Consultant Radiation Oncologist at HCG Cancer Centre, Newtown, Kolkata.

She has extensive hands-on experience of working on a wide range of linear accelerators including Tomotherapy, Varian (Halcyon, Novalis Tx, Trilogy, TrueBeam), Elekta (Infinity, Synergy, and Versa HD) and treatment planning platforms including the Varian Eclipse, Elekta Monaco, Oncentra and Brainlab systems.
Her clinical expertise encompasses the management of a broad spectrum of malignancies, with a special focus on Head & Neck, Thoracic, Gastrointestinal, and Genitourinary cancers and Stereotactic Radiotherapy.
