He has also worked at Mar Gregorios Memorial Muthoot Medical Centre, Kerala, and Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital and Research Centre, New Delhi.

He has served as a Principal Investigator in a Phase III clinical trial evaluating the efficacy of recombinant BCG VPM1002 in reducing COVID-19 infection severity, sponsored by the Serum Institute of India.
