Dr. Darshana Rane

With over a decade of clinical experience, Dr. Darshana Rane is a dedicated medical oncologist known for her patient-centric and evidence-based approach to cancer care. Having treated over 5000 cancer cases, Dr. Rane’s clinical expertise lies in all types of cancer systemic treatment modalities. She holds an MBBS degree followed by specialization in Internal Medicine and super specialization in Medical Oncology, along with certification from the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO). Her diverse clinical experience includes tenures at renowned institutions such as Tata Memorial Hospital, Nanavati Super Specialty Hospital, Global Hospital (Parel), Wockhardt Hospital, and S.L. Raheja Hospital, among others. Additionally, she had international exposure at King’s College London as a clinical observer, which enriched her understanding of the best global practices in oncology.

In addition to her clinical practice, Dr. Rane has contributed to medical education as an Assistant Professor at Topiwala National Medical College and B.Y.L. Nair Hospital. Her holistic background spanning government hospitals, corporate healthcare, teaching, and global exposure enables her to deliver nuanced, individualized compassionate treatment to her patients.

Having worked in both government and corporate healthcare organizations and observed clinical practices in the West, she is equipped with versatile expertise that helps her deliver care that is tailored to the individual needs of her patients.
