Dr. Jayasree Kuna is an experienced Radiation Oncologist with over 13 years of clinical practice spanning medical service, postgraduate training, and independent consultant roles. She completed her MD in Radiotherapy from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences (SVIMS), Tirupati – one of India’s premier medical institutions.
Dr. Jayasree gained valuable observership experience at Tata Memorial Hospital, Mumbai. She has independently performed over 600 intracavitary radiotherapy (ICRT) procedures for carcinoma of the cervix. She has hands-on experience with active breath control (ABC) technique for chest wall and lung irradiation, as well as stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS).
Before HCG, she was associated with SVIMS (Tirupati), MGCHRI (Visakhapatnam), and Apollo Cancer Hospital (Visakhapatnam).
